Chicken Breast, Water, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Sodium Phosphate In A Coating Of Wheat Flour, Water, Yellow Corn Flour, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Corn Starch, Salt, Spices, Guar Gum. Partially Fried In Vegetable Oil (Canola and/or Soybean).

Caesar Sauce:
Water, Soybean Oil, Egg Yolk, Vinegar, Salt, Garlic (Chopped, Granulated, Powder), Whey Powder, Modified Corn Starch, Parmesan Cheese, Spices (Black Pepper, Oregano, Basil), Sugar, Mustard Flour, Yeast Extract, Spices, Tamarind, Natural & Artificial Flavour, Caramel Colour, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum, Lecithin, Edta, Polysorbate 80, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate.

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place frozen crispy chicken breasts on a baking sheet, place on middle rack in oven and heat for 30 minutes, turning once, until heated through.


  • Preheat oil to 400°F (204°C).
  • Cook for 5 1/2 - 6 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.


  • Preheat grill to MEDIUM heat.
  • Place frozen crispy chicken breasts directly on the grill and heat for 30-35 minutes turning frequently or until an internal temperature of 165°F has been reached.
  • Thaw unopened sauce pouches in hot tap water while chicken is cooking.
