(WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), SPICES. BREADING SET IN VEGETABLE OIL (CANOLA AND/OR SOYBEAN). BUFFALO STYLE SAUCE INGREDIENTS: WATER, SOYBEAN OIL, SOYBEAN & MODIFIED PALM OIL MARGARINE (SOYBEAN OIL, MODIFIED PALM OIL, WATER, SALT, SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE, SOY LECITHIN, MONOGLYCERIDES, NATURAL FLAVOR, VITAMIN A PALMITATE, VITAMIN D3), CHILI PEPPERS, DISTILLED VINEGAR, SALT. LESS THAN 1%: GARLIC POWDER, SPICES, SOY LECITHIN, CITRIC ACID, XANTHAN & GUAR GUM, SODIUM ALGINATE, YEAST EXTRACT, POLYSORBATE 80, LACTIC ACID, TBHQ, NATURAL & ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, RED 40, YELLOW 5 & 6 . PREPARATION:
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F
(232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place frozen chicken chunks on the baking sheet, place on middle rack in oven and heat for 30 minutes, turning once, until heated through. FRYER: Preheat oil to 400°F (204°C). Heat for
4 ½ - 5 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.
POUND BACK THE CHUNKS:  In a large bowl, pour the BUFFALO STYLE SAUCE over the heated chicken chunks and toss until evenly coated.
