INGREDIENTS:

CHICKEN BREAST, WATER, CHICKEN BROTH, VINEGAR, LEMON JUICE CONCENTRATE, SALT, FLAVOUR.

ALLERGEN & GLUTEN SOURCES:      None & GLUTEN FREE

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: ENJOY HOT OR COLD.

MICROWAVE OVEN: PLACE CHICKEN STRIPS ON A MICROWAVE SAFE PLATE OR CONTAINER. MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 2 MINUTES. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: PREHEAT OVEN TO 425°F (218°C). LINE A BAKING SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. PLACE CHICKEN BREASTS IN A SINGLE LAYER ON THE BAING SHEET. HEAT FOR 15 – 20 MINUTES, TURNING OVER HALFWAY THROUGH HEATING TIMES. LET STAND 2 – 3 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING GRILL: PREHEAT GRILL TO MEDIUM HEAT. PLACE CHICKEN BREAST DIRECTLY ON GRILL AND HEAT FOR 5 – 7 MINUTES PER SIDE, UNTIL HEATED THROUGH. THE PRODUCT IS HEATED WHEN AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 74°F (165°C) IS REACHED.
