Product may be frozen in the original package for up to 3 months. Trays may be separated by cutting through the middle of the partition with scissors.
Place chicken strips on a microwave plate or container. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
TOP OF STOVE:
Remove product from all packaging.
Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Carefully add the desired amount of chicken directly to the frying pan and saute for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring frequently, until warm. The product is ready when the internal temperature reaches 74C (165F).
