Chicken Breast, Water, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Sodium Phosphate In A Coating Of Wheat Flour, Water, Yellow Corn Flour, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Corn Starch, Salt, Spices, Guar Gum. Partially Fried In Vegetable Oil (Canola And/Or Soybean).

Marinara Sauce: 
Water, Crushed Tomatoes, Salt, Sugar, Granulated Garlic, Spices, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate & Potassium Sorbate. Parmesan Cheese: Omega 3 Pasteurized Milk, Calcium Chloride, Lipase, Bacterial Culture, Microbial Enzyme, Salt, Cellulose Powder, Natamycine .

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place frozen breasts on a baking sheet, place on middle rack in oven and heat for 30 minutes, turning once, until heated through.


  • Preheat oil to 400°F (204°C).
  • Cook for 5 1/2 - 6 minutes.
  • Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.


  • Preheat grill to MEDIUM heat.
  • Place frozen wings directly on the grill and heat for 22-25 minutes turning frequently or until an internal temperature of 165°F has been reached.
  • Thaw unopened marinara sauce packets in hot tap water while chicken is cooking.
