Chicken Ingredients: 
Chicken breast fillets, water, corn starch, salt, spice extracts, in a coating of: water, rice flour, yellow corn flour, modified corn starch, salt, corn starch, tapioca dextrin, sugar, garlic powder, granulated roasted garlic, onion powder, spices, pea protein isolate, dextrose, rice starch, flavour, baking powder, guar gum, modified cellulose, yeast. Fried in vegetable oil (canola and/or soybean).

Plum Sauce Ingredients: 
Water, sugar, white vinegar, cider vinegar, tomato paste, modified cornstarch, apricot puree, plum juice, salt, garlic & onion powder, lemon juice, natural flavour, spices, benzoic acid.

Thaw unopened plum sauce packets in hot tap water while chicken is cooking. IMPORTANT: DO NOT HEAT SAUCE POUCH IN MICROWAVE AND/OR OVEN.


  • Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place frozen chicken fillets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Heat for 30 minutes, turning over halfway through heating times.
  • Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
